Prescribing Advice Tier 2

Provides specialist debt and welfare benefits advice to people receiving support from Secondary Care Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) and Secondary Care substance misuse teams across Rhondda Cynon Taf. Prescribing Advice Tier 2 is funded by RCT.

We work closely with partners across Local Authority and NHS services, supporting social prescribing services. Our advice within this project can be provided by telephone, or our main offices in Pontypridd and Mountain Ash. We also offer home visits to support people within our community, as well as delivering from a range of community venues including: Pinewood House Mental health Clinic in Treorchy, Ysbyty George Thomas Hospital, and New Horizons mental health & emotional wellbeing Charity, and their office in Aberdare.
