Pathways out of Poverty
Free Money Wellbeing Sessions in the Community
We’re pleased to introduce a series of FREE advice and support sessions designed to support service users and members of the wider community in building confidence and resilience around their finances.
Our short sessions provide practical, easy-to-understand guidance on:
- Budgeting and money management
- Welfare benefits and maximising income
- Accessing social tariffs and cost-saving schemes
- Debt awareness and managing household bills
- Banking basics and building long-term resilience
- PIP form-filling workshops, including supported applications
Attendees will be supported to:
- Improve confidence in managing their money, bills and budgets
- Identify and claim unclaimed benefits and entitlements
- Access available discounts, tariffs and support schemes
- Reduce reliance on crisis services such as food and fuel banks and emergency debt support
- Build long-term stability and resilience around money
Our sessions can be delivered as workshops or community advice support within your settings in the community.
They’re designed to be flexible and support individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to take control.
Ongoing personalised support
A key strength of this project is the opportunity for attendees to access 1–2–1 follow-up support. This ensures individuals can apply what they’ve learned in a practical way that suits their own circumstances; at home or within their family life.
