
Consumer Energy Debt Advice
The Consumer Energy Debt Advice (CEDA) service is a telephone debt advice service for clients who present with at least one form of energy debt, current supply or historic. It is intended to reduce the impact of personal debt by providing debt solutions to clients.
This is a referrals only service, available for clients across England and Wales.
Clients can be referred in via the national Citizens Advice Adviceline or the Citizens Advice consumer helpline: 0808 223 1133 or 0808 223 1144 for a Welsh-speaking adviser.
Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Lines are closed on bank holidays.
Calls from mobiles and landlines are free.
