
Citizens Advice RCT Advicelink Cymru team is made up of both generalist and specialists’ advisers. Funded by Welsh Government. Advicelink Cymru provides advice and support on social welfare rights to people in Wales, including welfare benefits, debt, budgeting, employment, housing, education and discrimination.
We provide advice in the heart of our communities, as well as supporting the free to call Advicelink Cymru Remote helpline service.
This project provides local community-based service delivery and is available via drop-in and appointment services within the local community. We also offer appointments in our offices based in Pontypridd and Mountain Ash.
Advicelink Cymru helpline which is available 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9am-1pm.
