Welcome to Rhondda Cynon Taff Citizens Advice

What We Do

We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people's lives. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.

We're an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.

People come to us with all sorts of issues. You may have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. You may be facing a crisis, or just considering your options.

We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination wherever we see it.

Policy Research and Campaigns

Citizens Advice Rhondda Cynon Taff improve people’s lives by gathering evidence to campaign for change.  We achieve this by being passionate, determined, empathetic and with a drive to help people by empowering them; giving them a voice and the opportunity to improve the quality of their lives whilst fighting for a fairer and more just society.
